St. Paul's Vestry

The Vestry, headed by our clergy, is the ruling body of our Church. We currently have eight members on the Vestry who each serve three-year terms of office. They come from all walks of life. They include business persons, retired military, teachers, defense contractors and retired senior citizens.

The Vestry members are as follows:

  • Pam Stutz, Senior Warden and Mayor of Haymarket
  • Fran Bell, Junior Warden
  • Norris Sisson, our Treasurer
  • Sharon Taylor
  • Joe Felt
  • John Duckett
  • Mary Craigie
  • Gloria Buchanan  

The Vestry is organized by teams: Worship, Parish Events, Christian Education, Pastoral Care, Outreach and Evangelism, Buildings and Grounds, and Administration and Finance.  Our Vestry is actively involved in drawing volunteers to these teams.  Vestry members often volunteer significant amounts of time in support of these and other areas of parish life.
